This privacy statement explains how we process personal data when you visit dimcost.com or contact us through this website.
1. Who is responsible?

2. Which data do we process, and why?
Contact form and email
When you use our contact form or email us, we process your name, email address, phone number (optional) and the content of your message. We use this data only to answer your question or demo request and to follow up on it.
Legal basis: taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in answering inquiries (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).
Retention: up to 2 years after our last contact, unless a customer relationship follows.
Spam protection
Our contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to block bots. Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address and browser information for this purpose.
Legal basis: legitimate interest in protecting our website against abuse (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Website statistics
With your consent, we use Google Analytics (Google Ireland Ltd.) to understand how visitors use our website. Google Analytics only loads after you accept statistics cookies in our cookie banner. You can withdraw your consent at any time via the cookie settings.

Advertising measurement
With your consent, we use Google Ads conversion tracking (Google Ireland Ltd.) to measure whether our ads lead to visits or contact requests. Without your consent for marketing cookies, no advertising cookies are placed (Google Consent Mode).

Hosting and server logs
Our website is hosted by Hostinger within the EU. When you visit the site, technical data such as your IP address, browser type and time of visit is processed in server logs to keep the website secure and working properly.

3. Cookies
We only place functional cookies without your consent. Statistics and marketing cookies are only placed after you consent. More information is in our cookie policy.
4. Who do we share data with?
We do not sell your data. We only share data with service providers who process it on our behalf (hosting, email delivery, spam protection, analytics, advertising measurement) and, where needed, with other companies of the Sanacon group to handle your request. Where data is transferred outside the EEA (for example to Google or Cloudflare in the US), this is covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
5. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict or object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw your consent at any time. Send your request to info@dimcost.com. We respond within one month.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (Gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit), Drukpersstraat 35, 1000 Brussels, www.dataprotectionauthority.be.
6. Security
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including an encrypted connection (HTTPS), access control and regular backups.
